Getting constant loan scam calls and texts from "Ashley"

I keep getting calls and texts from someone named Ashley from USA Upline. I have never asked for a loan from them. I block the number every time and report it as spam, but they just use a different number to contact me again. They leave voicemails or send text messages. I'm on the do not call list and I never answer, but they won't stop. The number always changes but the message is always the same.

Got a text about a loan I never asked for

I got a text from someone named Ashley at USA Upline. She said she was following up on my personal loan request. I never requested any loan from them. The text said to reply END to opt out, or to talk about my approval and next steps. It felt off because I didn't apply for anything. The number was (888) 423-8135. I don't know who these people are or how they got my number.
