Ordered from a Black-owned site and got a cheap item months later

I ordered from usablackpride.com because they said they were Black-owned and based in the US. That’s why I went with them. The item took about 45 days to show up and when it finally did it was just poorly made. Like really cheap.

I tried Paypal first since that’s how I paid, but they declined my claim. So I reached out to the company using the email [email protected] asking for a return and refund. They just won’t answer me. Nothing.

I lost $75 on this. I’m going to try my bank now and see if they can help me get my money back.
