Facebook shop order never arrived, no real tracking number

I bought something through a Shop on Facebook. They gave me a 17track tracking number that said it was coming from China. My order just kept bouncing around from China to what they said were USPS distribution centers here in the US.

I sent an email to the store asking for a refund or at least a real USPS tracking number. Nobody ever wrote back. I tried calling the phone number on their website, 1(989) 682-2410, but it was invalid. I also tried their website usanatureco.com and the email [email protected] but nothing worked.

I lost $54.94 on this.
