Charged $49 for a projector that never showed up

I ordered that BVJ® 2026 Upgraded 5D Holographic Projector from their website usanatureco.com. It was supposed to have 30+ dynamic worlds and immersive sound, which sounded really cool. I paid $49 for it.

That was a while ago and I still haven't gotten anything. No shipping info, no package, nothing. I tried calling the number on the site, (930) 222-0722, but nobody ever picks up. It just rings and rings. I feel like I just threw my money away. This is so frustrating.

Ordered projectors but got disco lights instead

I ordered 2 5d projectors from their website usanatureco.com. The address they had was Brownstone, IN. Paid $50 for everything.

What showed up in the mail was 2 little spinning disco lights. Not even close to what I ordered. I tried looking for a way to contact them but there’s nothing on the site that works. No phone number or email I could find.

So now I’m out the money and stuck with these lights I didn’t want. Pretty frustrating.
