Ordered something online, canceled it, and now they won't give my money back.

I ordered an item from USANMOEA online and then canceled it right away like their policy said. I filed a dispute with my credit card company over the $59.97 charge. USANMOEA told me they intercepted the package and would give me a refund. But then they told my credit card company they delivered the product. The delivery photo from FedEx isn't even my house.

The weird thing is, their first notice to me said the product was sent by USPS with a tracking number, 9200190409087100002574 from Hicksville, NY on January 15, 2026. They emailed me and said if I canceled the dispute, they'd issue the refund. I talked to my credit card company on February 20th and they told me USANMOEA has denied the refund. This whole mess has been going on since the start of January. I just want my money back.
