Paid for passport renewal and got printable sheets of paper instead

This company is pretending to be a government website for passport renewals. I found them online and thought it was legit. I paid $130 and they just sent me printable sheets of paper and a shipping label to take to the post office myself. They didn't actually renew anything.

They call it "preparing your documents" but I still had to do the whole passport renewal process on my own. It's basically a scam. I disputed it with my bank and asked them for a refund but they said no. Their email is [email protected] and they list an address in Hermosa Beach, CA but I don't think they're really there.
