Website for passport renewal that was not a gov site
If I had paid attention and noticed it was not a .gov website I could have avoided this. That was my mistake for not checking.
Now I am out $270 and there is nothing I can do about it.
Website asked for my passport and Social Security number
That did not feel right to me at all. There is no reason a website should need all of that just to help with a passport. I gave them my information and ended up losing $156.
I tried to reach them at [email protected] but nothing came of it. I just want people to know what this site is asking for.
Passport website looked real but no receipt came
I never got any email receipt which seemed strange. So I looked into it and found out this is not a real site. I am so upset.
Website pretending to be passport renewal took my info
They took $156 from me and it was supposed to be for my passport renewal. I never got anything back from them. No passport, no updates, nothing.
Now I'm worried about all the personal information I gave them. It was an online purchase scam.
Website looked like real passport processing and took my money
Then they mailed the application back to us with the information filled in wrong. They told us to bring it to a passport facility and pay the actual $130 fee there. So basically they did nothing for the money.
Now they have all of my husband's info including his SSN. Total scam. Their number is (855) 500-0403 and the address is P O Box 341169, Pacoima, CA 91334.
Paid $115 for passport help and got nothing
They didn't even process the application. They mailed it to me so I had to do it myself. So I basically paid them for nothing.
And now I'm worried because the website has no assurances that my personal information and documents are protected from identity theft. I sent them all my stuff.

It turns out this is not a government site at all. You should only use .gov websites for official government documents. I contacted my bank and the company to try and get all my personal data removed from their website and databases.

Fake passport website took my money
They took $187.87 from me. The address shows Pacoima, CA 91334. I feel stupid but I just want others to know this site is not the real government site.
Website looked real for my son's passport renewal
Then I got the DS-11 form in the mail already filled out. They told me to take it to the post office and pay the $160 passport fee myself. So basically they did nothing except send me a form I could have printed myself. If I had known that I never would have used their service.
They also have a email [email protected] and a address at P.o.box 341169, Pacoima, CA 91334. This whole thing is a scam.
Applied for my kid's passport on that site and lost money
After I did it, I realized it didn't seem right. I don't think this is the real government site at all. It feels like a phishing scam. I'm out the money and I still don't have a passport for my kid.
I just want people to know about this. I feel pretty stupid about it, but I really thought I was doing the right thing for my child. Now I have to figure out how to actually get this done the right way.

I waited a few days and tried calling the number on the site but nobody ever answered. Then I tried emailing them and still nothing back. I realized pretty quick this was a scam. I just want my money back but I don't even know who to contact at this point. The site is still up which is frustrating.

Paid $236 for forms I could have printed myself
Instead of a passport, I got a FedEx package with my application already printed out and my digital photo attached to it. That was it. I went to my passport appointment at the USPS and they told me this company just takes your money to print out the form for you. You can do the exact same thing for free on the State Department website.
So now I'm out the money and still have to pay again for the actual passport. They have a phone number (855) 500-0403 and email [email protected] but I didn't bother calling them. What's the point.
Mistakenly went to a passport website that seemed off
The site just looked kind of off. I didn't put in any personal info or anything like that. Just wanted to put this out there so no one else makes the same mistake. I'm in the US and just trying to get my passport sorted, not fall for some fake site.

It wasn't until after I hit submit that I realized this wasn't a government website at all. I was rushing and didn't check the URL close enough. Now I'm out all that money and I still don't have his passport renewed. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but I haven't gotten anywhere. They have an address listed in Cushing, IA and a phone number (833) 350-8002 but I don't trust that any of it is real. Just wanted to warn others I guess.
Paid too much for passport renewal on a fake website
Anyway I paid for it and it was like $328. It seemed like a lot. So I searched what it was supposed to cost and found out there’s only one real place to get passports renewed and it wasn’t the one I used. Now I have to figure out how to make sure they don’t do anything scary with all my personal info I gave them. :-(
