Ordered a coin for $14.99 then they hit my card with extra charges

I thought I was buying a commemorative coin for $14.99. Then I got alerts from my credit card that there were multiple other charges from the same company. I called the 800 number and asked them to cancel the order. They tried to talk me into a 50% refund instead.

I told them I paid with PayPal and would file a dispute if they didn't give me a full refund. They asked me not to contact them and said they would refund 100% and cancel it. After a few days the money came back.

But then a week later I got a notification about another charge from USAPTRTSSTORE. I checked right away. They were putting a temporary authorization on my account again. The account they were trying to hit was already closed so I deleted it. But the fact they tried to get in without my okay feels like a criminal thing to me.
