Ordered MS awareness t-shirts from Facebook ad, tracking says delivered but nothing showed up

I saw an ad on Facebook for MS Awareness Week apparel. I have Multiple Sclerosis so I got excited and ordered some t-shirts that looked really nice. Paid with my credit card. Order #138696 on March 2nd 2026.

They gave me tracking and it said delivered on April 24th in Parker, CO. Said it was in or at my mailbox at 11:10am. I was home almost all day and never saw any package. Nothing. I emailed them and they kept telling me not to worry, it isn't a scam, they asked the carrier to speed things up. But nothing ever came.

I guess I was naive. Maybe a little vulnerable too because I have MS and just liked the messages on the shirts. Total loss was around $60. Just wanted to share what happened.
