Been sending mortgage payments but no paperwork from them

I’ve been sending this company money for my mortgage. I call the number at (800) 438-1832 and send payments to PO Box 66889, Saint Louis, MO 63166. They also have an email [email protected].

But I have no paperwork from them. Nothing that shows I am paying them or what I even owe. I been sending money for a while now and I’m worried. I already lost about $3000 to this.

I just want some proof that I’m paying the right people but they don’t send anything. It doesn’t feel right.
