Ordered a mattress topper, got an order number but no product.

I saw an ad on social media and ordered a mattress topper from usewestmonth.com. They gave me an order number, 14553, on January 11th. Then they said it was delivered on January 25th, but I never got anything.

The only way to contact them is a form on their website. I've sent three messages through it and haven't heard back at all. I paid using Apple Cash, and when I contacted them about it, they just said they can't do anything. My money is gone, almost $200, and I have nothing to show for it.
