Paid $399 for a service that never showed up

I signed up on their site thinking it was a real service. They took my money, $399.50, and then nothing happened. No service, no product, nothing.

Then I started getting weird emails and calls from places I never gave my info to. Pretty sure they sold my information. I tried asking for a refund but they just ignored me. Never got a cent back.
