Thought I was paying for a passport but it was a scam website
Ended up losing $104.55. It was supposed to be for the application fees and everything. But nothing ever came through. No passport, no updates, nothing.
I realized after a while it was a scam. The website is still up I think. Just want people to know so they don't make the same mistake I did.
Google showed me a fake passport renewal site first

The payment part didn't go through though so I didn't lose any money. But now I'm worried because they have all my info. I don't know what they're going to do with it. I didn't get any confirmation or anything after that.
Paid $140 for a passport form I could have gotten for free online
Turns out all I got was a PDF that you can download for free. I spent a whole day emailing back and forth with their customer service. They offered me a partial refund starting at 5% and kept going up a little each time I wrote back. After 7 emails they still wouldn't just give my money back.
They told me they're a third-party service and it should have been obvious. But the only place they mention it is in a tiny checkbox right before you pay. It's like they set it up to trick people. I never would have used them if I knew.

The site asked for my personal info and I paid them $111.12. Later I found out it's just a third party service that gives you forms you can get for free from the government. I feel totally misled because the whole thing looked like I was doing an official renewal.
Now they have all my sensitive information and I paid for something I never meant to buy. I'm worried what they'll do with my details.

After I submitted everything I started getting alerts about fraud attempts and people trying to sign into my accounts. They just filled in some form for me, no actual renewal or connection to the real passport office. The address they gave is in Clearwater, FL 33759. Now I'm dealing with all these security alerts.

They took $104 from me. All I got back was a PDF of the passport application already filled out. That's it. I could have done that myself for free. No actual passport, no service, just a stupid PDF.

At the end they didn't say anything about charging a fee or show any amount. Nothing. I think they do that on purpose because if people see a charge they will stop and realize it's not the real government site. I ended up paying $111.12 for forms that are supposed to be free.
The address they had was in Glen Carbon, IL. I didn't catch it until after I already paid. Just a total phishing thing.

Turns out all that money just got me a PDF copy of my application. I still have to mail that in myself and pay the actual government fees all over again. They had a phone number (310) 221-5210 and an email [email protected] but nobody explained this upfront. Just feels like a total waste.

Then they sent me an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to apply for my passport. Not how to get the one I already paid for. Just regular instructions like anyone could find online.
So basically I paid them $95 for nothing. They took my payment info and now I have no idea what they’re doing with it. Feels like identity theft honestly. Nobody from the company has called or emailed me back about it.

Then I took my paperwork to the post office to ship it out and the clerk told me I paid this website to print the same forms you get for free from the government website. They basically charged me for documents that cost nothing. I called them to complain and it was obvious they get this call every day because they had a script all ready to go. Just stay away from this business.

I started doing the math in my head and it didn't add up because I didn't ask for expedited service. So I tried calling their Customer Service number they gave me. The phone doesn't even ring. It just goes straight to an automated message saying "No agents are available right now." That's it. No way to talk to anyone.

I reached out to try and cancel the order and they said they only provide a service of filling out a form. None of this was said before I paid. And I still have to pay the actual passport fee of another $130 on top of what I already lost. Totally dishonest company trying to make money under false pretense.

After I paid $125.83 they sent me a form that looked exactly like the passport form I already filled out on my own. And then they just gave me instructions on how to continue the process myself. So basically I paid them for nothing. Their email is [email protected] and they are supposedly in SC. I feel stupid for falling for it.

They charged me $206.51 for forms that are actually free on the real government website. I didn't realize until after I paid and got nothing back. It's just a phishing site that looks official but isn't.
No one from the site has replied to me. I just lost my money.
Paid for passport help but still had to pay full price at post office
So I go through their process and they send me some papers. Then I get to the post office and they tell me I have to pay all the real passport fees again. That site just charged me to help fill out the document or something. It wasn't what I thought at all.
Their phone number is 1(645) 207-8025 and they gave an address in FL, USA. The email they used was [email protected]. I never got my money back. It just felt like a trick.

What they actually do is just take your money and send you the same paperwork you can download for free online. I got the envelope and it was just forms. Nothing else. I looked closer at their website after and saw there's tiny print saying they're not the US government but you wouldn't notice it unless you looked for it.
