Paid for a passport renewal on a fake website
Then I got an email from [email protected] which felt strange. Like why would a government agency use a Gmail address. I tried calling the number they had listed (504) 400-7910 and nobody picked up.
I realized pretty quick it was a scam. Just a fake site taking money. I didn't lose much but still it's the principle. They should not be allowed to do this.
