Site took my money for passport renewal and I still had to pay the government

I found this site USpassport&visa.com thinking it was the official place to renew my passport. They charged me $140.67 and I thought that was the fee for the passport. Turns out that was just their fee to use their site. I still had to pay the government for the actual renewal which is supposed to be free besides the regular fee.

I called the number on their site at 1(801) 921-9425 and asked for a refund. They said they would give it to me but who knows if that will actually happen. They got a lot of my personal info during the process like my name and address and everything. So now I am really worried about that. We are already filing fraudulent reports and freezing accounts just in case.
