Empty envelope from a Valley Stream address for an online purchase

I ordered something online and got an envelope in the mail from 70 E Hawthorne Ave., Valley Stream, NY 11580. Opened it up and it was completely empty. No product, no nothing. Just an envelope.

I didn't lose any money on this one, but still. What a waste of time. No company name on the envelope either, just that address. Feels like a scam.
