Ordered stamps online and they turned out to be fake

I ordered some USPS postage stamps online. Thought I was getting a good deal. But when they showed up they were counterfeit. I tried to use one and it wouldn't go through. So I wasted 27 bucks on stamps I can't even use. No idea who the actual seller was now. Just feels like I got ripped off.
