Mail about a mortgage waiver with no real company name

Got this piece of mail with USPS postage paid Permit No. 1535 on it. It says it’s about my mortgage and that they’re not affiliated with Quicken LNS. There’s a Record ID No. 8536072802 on it.

They talk about some kind of check, but then say it isn’t one. It says “This document has microprinting and a Blue background. Allocated Waiver for $199.00.” The zip code they used is 33431, which I looked up and seems to be Boca Raton, FL.

I already filed a complaint with the U.S. government about it. Just feels strange getting something like this with no real company name on it.
