Two mystery packages showed up with no explanation

I got two packages in the mail I didn't order. One had some random tool in it and the other was literally just a piece of cardboard. Both came through USPS with tracking numbers.

The return address says 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I looked it up and it seems like a brushing scam thing. I didn't lose any money but it's weird getting stuff I never ordered showing up at my door. No company name on anything.
