Ordered something from Utilira.com and never got it

I ordered something online from Utilira.com and I never got it. The tracking just shows the item going to the entire USA which doesn't even make sense. I spent $20.98 on this.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their address is 112 Melrich Rd, Cranbury, NJ 08512 but I don't know if that's even real at this point. Just wanted what I paid for.
