Ordered a set in December, still nothing by May

I ordered a $105 set from their website back in December 2025. By March 2026 I still hadn’t gotten anything so I messaged them asking to cancel and get a refund. They said no to a full refund because it was “processing” and wouldn’t stop it. They offered me 20% back for the trouble instead.

I figured okay maybe that’ll fix things since it had already been months so I agreed. Now it’s mid May and I still don’t have my items. I emailed them at [email protected] and nothing. Their site is v2byvelare.com.
