Ordered vacuum bags and they charged me twice but nothing ever showed up

Back in early June I tried to buy some vacuum storage bags to save space on my stuff. On June 10 my bank account got hit for $31.97. Then the next day June 11 they took another $.96 for something called international shipping.

Sometime around the week of July 6 I got a survey email asking about the delivery. I wrote back saying I never got the item. We went back and forth through emails but it didn’t help. They kept saying it was delivered but I never got any package from them. Nothing showed up at my door.

So now I’m out $32.93 and have nothing to show for it.
