Ordered a hanging basket of purple flowers but got crushed tiny plants instead

I ordered a beautiful hanging basket of purple flowers on May 7th, it was in a video online and looked so nice. I paid $15.99 plus $7.99 shipping so $23.98 total.

End of May I got this package and it was 5 scrawny little bunches of purple flowers that looked all crushed. I couldn't believe that was what I ordered. Then the Valarey company suddenly turned into Feray Support and I was emailing with someone named Marina. It said online if you weren't satisfied you would get a full refund but that didn't happen.

I know others got scammed too. BE AWARE.
