Four years of monthly charges for hair product I cancelled

I bought a hair loss shampoo and conditioner from them. I got it one month then cancelled. For four years now they have been taking money out of my account every month without sending me anything. I have several emails where they said they will cancel and then they just keep doing it.

Some months it’s 48.00 and today it was 20.99. I tried to have my bank block it but they said I have to close my account to stop it. Their number is (307) 500-6899 and the website is valerabeauty.com. They emailed from [email protected].

THEY ARE ROBBING ME AND THEY WONT STOP. I’m a single mom and this month that money could be used for school lunches and other things. Please help.
