Ordered online two months ago and still nothing

I placed an order with this company on April 17th. They gave me a tracking number but the package just kept sitting at different locations for like 5 to 19 days at a time. I emailed them and they said it was delayed.

Two weeks later I emailed again and they said they resent my order. That was two weeks ago and they didn't give me any new tracking info. It's been almost two months since I ordered. I asked for a refund and they just won't answer me now.
