Ordered something in April and never got it, no tracking info given

I placed an order back in April from Valerie-Mason.com. I never got it. I've emailed them a bunch of times asking for tracking and they just keep saying they can't give me tracking but it's on its way.

Now they're saying it was delivered. But they still won't give me any tracking info. I asked again by email and they just refuse. I've asked for a refund multiple times too and they won't do that either. So I'm out 52 bucks and nothing to show for it.

Ordered a bracelet set over a month ago and still nothing

I placed an order for a bracelet set on 4/14/2026 for $49.95. It's now 6/1/2026 and I still don't have it. I've been emailing back and forth with them a bunch of times and they keep saying they will advise and get back to me.

The tracking shows it's not moving towards my destination at all. The person I've been dealing with is "Sophie Taylor" at [email protected]. Zero resolution. I just want my order or my money back.

Ordered from a website that never sent my package

I placed an order on their website and the delivery date was supposed to be May 14, 2026. Then they changed it to May 18, 2026. The package never showed up.

I contacted them a bunch of times asking for the shipping carrier name, real tracking info, proof they actually shipped it, and a new delivery date. All they gave me was a link to their own internal tracking page. It didn't even say who the carrier was or anything I could actually check. The tracking just kept saying "Scheduled for Delivery" starting May 18, 2026 but nothing ever came. I lost $57.85 on this.

No tracking number after 4 weeks of waiting for my order

I made a purchase on 5/3/26 and it's been almost 4 weeks and I haven't gotten anything. Every time I email customer service this Sophie person I just get the run around. She will not give me a tracking number for the package.

She keeps changing the status on their portal when I complain. First it says in transit, then in clearance, then cleared, then out for delivery. I wait days and tell her I still don't have anything and ask for the tracking number. Then she says she's researching it but still no tracking number. Then she changes the portal to say it's back in clearance. How can it be in clearance if it said out for delivery? Now she changed it again to say it's on its way to the US.

I wish I looked into this site before buying. There's so many complaints online about never getting the product. Why haven't they been shut down yet?

Ordered jewelry in May and still nothing from valerie-mason.com

I saw their ads for jewelry that’s not supposed to tarnish and they had bundle deals. I fell for it without checking them out first. Don't trust them.

I placed my order May 1, 2026 and I still don’t have it. I emailed them and they said oh it’s on the way. Then they said they changed shipping companies. They said it’ll be there in a few days. That was a week ago. They sent a tracking number but it shows it was processed on May 6. No updates nothing.

Now they are not responding at all. I lost $95.92. Do not lose your money like I did.

Bought jewelry from a website I saw on social media and never got it

I went to this website that I seen on social media, but I didn’t click on it from the social media post. I just typed it in myself. I bought some jewelry and paid for it, about 55 bucks. Never received anything.

They sent fake emails and a fake tracking number too. The day it said it was supposed to be delivered nothing showed up. Just charged my card and that was it. No package ever came.
