Strange package with two black hair ties I never ordered

I got a notice from the post office saying I had a package. So I go pick it up and it's from some address in Valley Stream, NY. I open it up and it's just two black hair ties. That's it.

I never ordered anything like that. I didn't buy anything from that place. I don't even know who sent it. It feels weird getting random mail like that with no explanation or anything. I didn't lose any money on it but it's just strange.
