Cardboard in a letter sent to my home address

I got this mail at my house from 70 E Hawthorne, Valley Stream, NY 11580. It was just a piece of cardboard inside the envelope. No note or anything else. Just cardboard.

I didn’t order anything from them. I don’t even know what company this is supposed to be. It feels like some kind of online purchase scam or something. They sent it to my personal address which is creepy. I didn’t lose any money but it still doesn’t make sense why someone would do that.
