Ordered sandals once and now getting charged every month by Vallore

I ordered a pair of sandals for $17.76 and never got them. Now this company Vallore is charging me $39.99 every single month. I didn't sign up for anything.

The email they gave me [email protected] doesn't work and the phone number (214) 919-9319 is disconnected. I don't know what to do. I just wanted some sandals and now I'm out over a hundred bucks.
