Getting loan offer messages from numbers that don't match

I keep getting phone messages from people named Vanessa and Daniela about loans. They leave voicemails offering me a loan.

But the phone numbers they call from are different from the numbers they tell me to call back. They said to call back at 866-959-1033 or 866-959-0960. But one of the calls came from +1 (631) 292-3088. Another one came from (270) 814-8723.

It just feels off. Why are they calling from one number and telling me to call a completely different one? I didn't lose any money, but I don't like these messages.
