Phone message about a personal loan with no company name

I got a call from this woman named Vanessa Callaway. She said the lending conditions have improved and she can get me approved for a personal loan with a low rate. She wanted me to press one or call her back at 844-515-1257.

Then she left another message saying she was just following up on my file. I never applied for anything. She said if I wanted to borrow around $35,000 the payments could be $580 a month. She kept saying she'd be there all day and gave another number 888-912-3311. She also said press 9 if I want to be removed.

It felt strange because there was no company name or website. Just a phone number. I didn't lose any money but it seems like phishing.
