Voicemails about my tax file from different numbers

I keep getting voicemails from a few different numbers and different people. One said "Hi, this is Vanessa Foster calling regarding your tax file to give you updates." Then it goes on from there. The number they left to call back is 866-771-6686.

The first call came from 475-379-5234. I didn't answer. Just voicemails. I don't know what tax file they're talking about. I haven't owed anything. It just feels off. No company name was ever said. Just that one person's name.
