Voicemail about tax debt from someone named Vanessa Foster

Got a voicemail from someone named Vanessa Foster saying she’s from a tax resolution review department. She said my file was brought back to her desk for a final review and that there might be options I missed for my tax debt or penalties. She wanted me to call her back at 866-771-6686.

I don’t owe any tax debt and I never got anything in writing from the IRS about this. The whole thing felt off. I didn’t call back and I didn’t lose any money, but it’s still annoying getting these calls. No company name was given in the message either.
