Invoice for materials we never ordered with no tracking

We got an invoice from this company for some material we never ordered. I don’t even know how they got our info. The invoice just showed up.

I looked them up online and found a website but there’s no way to track the invoice or even order anything on it. So it’s just a bill for stuff we didn’t ask for with no way to check it.
