Toner sent after I said no and now an $800 invoice
Two months later toner shows up anyway with a blank invoice, no price on it. I contacted them to send it back. They gave me a return label and told me the invoice would be voided.
About a week after I sent it back I get an invoice in the mail for almost $800. I never agreed to buy anything.
Toner delivered that we never ordered with a $792 invoice
We have never had any contact with this company before. I don't know where they got our information or why they think we placed an order. The phone number they used was (661) 522-4271 and the invoice came from [email protected].
Their address shows 2851 W. Avenue L, OFC-200, Lancaster, CA 93534. We did not order this and we are not paying for it.
Fake toner invoice sent after they called pretending to be maintenance
We didn't open the toner. Sent it back through UPS. I looked online and saw a bunch of other businesses had the same thing happen. They call pretending to be maintenance or service and then ship toner and say it was ordered. Their number is (855) 958-0768 and they emailed from [email protected].
