Fake toner invoice sent after they called pretending to be maintenance

Varifax called our receptionist asking for our printer make and model number. I thought it was weird but she gave it to them. Then they sent us an invoice and a box of toner we never ordered.

We didn't open the toner. Sent it back through UPS. I looked online and saw a bunch of other businesses had the same thing happen. They call pretending to be maintenance or service and then ship toner and say it was ordered. Their number is (855) 958-0768 and they emailed from [email protected].
