Ordered clothes from Vashale.com, never got them, and no refund either.

I tried to buy some clothing from Vashale.com. I never received the order. When I emailed them at [email protected] about it, they claimed the package was delivered. They told me to ask my neighbors, like it was my fault I didn't get it.

Then they said they'd refund me 20% because they "had their expenses too." That never happened. After more emails, they promised a 60% refund instead. They said, "Rest assured, I'd get it, EVENTUALLY." That was three months ago. I'm out $43.20 and I have nothing to show for it.

Ordered shirts from a TikTok ad three months ago, never got them

I saw these shirts on TikTok that I wanted. I clicked the link and it went to vashale.com. I placed my order and they charged me for it. That was three months ago and I still haven't gotten the shirts.

We've been emailing back and forth. They won't even tell me what delivery company they used. I just want my shirts or my money back.
