Call saying I owe money on a loan I never took out

I got a call from this number (678) 325-4329. A woman named Jamie Davis said I had a loan out and they wanted a payment of 1500 from 2900. I don't have any loan. I got scared and I gave her my card number. I just changed my card after that.

She said they have a copy of my Driver and my SSN. She even gave me the last 4 numbers of my SSN to prove it. I was told I would get an email with a reference number EC238-67 but I have not gotten anything. I haven't gotten any proof or anything.
