Got a scam letter about a car warranty for my mom who doesn't even own a car.
My mother doesn't even own a vehicle. She hasn't owned one for years. So right away this felt completely off.
The letter says they are a member of the BBB. I checked with the BBB and they told me that is not true, they denied it. I've also seen this Rebecca Patterson name come up on other scam reports before. The return address is a PO Box in Tulsa, and there's a phone number listed too. It's clearly a phishing attempt. They're just trying to get personal information from people.
