Got a weird vehicle registration notice with no company info

I got this notice in the mail about my vehicle registration. It looks all official but there's no company name on it anywhere. No address, no return address, no email. Nothing.

It just has a phone number to call: (833) 777-1002. The whole thing felt off. If it's about my car registration, why isn't there a real company or office listed? It doesn't make any sense.

I didn't call the number. I don't trust it. You shouldn't send out official-looking mail with no way to identify who it's actually from.
