Got a weird text about my car warranty I never signed up for.

I got this text saying I haven't contacted them about my vehicle service contract activation. I never signed up for any service contract. The message came from the phone number (888) 426-0179. There's no website or anything, just this random text. It felt off right away. I don't even know what they're talking about.
