Got a weird letter about my car's service contract

I got this letter in the mail. It was addressed to me personally, and it even had the year, make, and model of my car. That felt off. It said I needed to call a number, (888) 397-2975, and give my current mileage before February 13th, 2026. It was to activate a vehicle service contract. I never signed up for any service contract. I don't know how they got my car info. The return address was just Henrico, Virginia. There was no website or company name I recognized. It just seems like a scam to get my information.
