Warranty alert card came right after I bought a new truck

I just bought a new F-150 truck and almost right away I got a card in the mail from "Vehicle Service Department." It said "FACTORY WARRANTY ALERT" on it and told me I had one month to activate my vehicle's factory warranty. That's just not true at all.

They're trying to sell some fake extra warranty. I don't know how they found out I even bought the truck but they did. The card had a phone number 1(888) 413-6075 and an address in St. Louis, MO. It's pretty shady.

Kept getting mail about my car warranty saying I had to call them

I keep getting these mailings from something called the "Vehicle Service Department." There's no return address on them. They say that to continue my warranty I need to call them at 1-888-413-6075.

The card even has details about my new used car I bought from Lexus in Alexandria, VA. It says if I don't call and activate a service contract on my vehicle, I'll be financially liable for all the repairs. It just feels off. I never asked for this and the whole thing doesn't make sense.
