Email about car warranty asking for payment with no company name

I got an email from [email protected] saying I needed to pay for an extended warranty. They didn’t even say what company they were from. Just an email address and a phone number (888) 535-0247.

It felt really off. No website or anything. Just asking for money. I didn’t lose anything but it was weird. I don’t know how they got my info.
