Ordered online and never got my package, then they tried to take more money

I ordered something from Velluci’s website and paid for it. I never got the order. Then they tried to take another payment out of my account. I did not sign up for any monthly thing or agree to any delivery plan.

I still haven’t gotten the first thing I paid for. It was around $39.97 I think. They just took the money and I got nothing. Then they tried to take more like I owed them something. No idea what is going on with them.
