Ordered a dress from an online ad and lost over $100

I saw a dress in an ad on Pinterest and ordered it from vellutorosso.com. After I paid, I started looking online and found a bunch of reports saying people never got their items, or the quality was bad, or they wouldn't give refunds. I lost $113.

The dress design is all over other "boutique" sites too, so it's not original. It's probably a fake or just dropshipping. Their website says the address is some coworking space in London. The email is [email protected], which isn't even spelled the same as the website name. They also say they can't accept most returns because they're a small, minority and woman-owned business. If that's not true, it's just false advertising. The whole thing feels deceptive.
