Ordered dresses on Snapchat and never got anything after two months

I ordered some dresses off of Snapchat from this company on May 16, 2026 and it is now July 4, 2026 and I have not received anything. I contacted them and they said they reshipped the order after the tracking said it was delivered but it was not delivered to me. Now the reshipped order also says delivered but it was not delivered to me either.

I have asked for my full purchase price to be refunded and am still waiting on an answer. I have a picture of my order and it says it ships from Utah, USA but the tracking info I got says it shipped from China. Their email is [email protected]. I lost $35.00.
