Ad said Utah but package left from China
Got a notice it shipped and for weeks I kept checking the tracking link they gave me. It never showed where my package actually was, so I emailed them. Right away they offered me 20% refund for the delay, I said no. Days go by and still nothing, tracking just showed it left CHINA. What happened to Utah?? So I contacted them again and they offered 40% refund, I refused again. I told them I wanted all my money back because it had been a month and no package.
The next day they marked it delivered at my address which is completely false because I have nothing. Then they offered 90% refund and I still haven't gotten my package or any money back on my card.
Ordered from Snapchat ad and never got anything
They said they would refund me but they haven't. The only thing they tried to do was give me an $8 refund but that was only after I made threats. I lost $48.50. Their email is [email protected] and phone number is 1(916) 705-7635. Still waiting on my money or the stuff I ordered.
Ordered outfits from Velnovae and never got them
They said they delivered them on 6/13/2026 but I have a ring camera and no packages were ever delivered before the 13th or after that. They gave me tracking to track my shipment supposed to be delivered by CCE Freight Company but the phone number they gave, email address and website for them did not work at all, just said invalid. I still have the order number and all tracking documents to prove it. Do not order from them you will never get your stuff. Its a scam.
Ordered rompers that never showed up even after they said delivered twice
So I emailed them at [email protected] since thats the only contact they give. They said they would resend the package so I said okay. Then it said delivered again and still no package. I lost $30.98 total.
