Ordered from a TikTok ad, got fake tracking and no package

I saw an ad on TikTok for a wholesale shop, so I made a purchase from velonra.com. They sent me tracking info, but the website wasn't a real carrier site. It said my package was delivered, but I never got anything. I contacted them and they couldn't give me the actual USPS or UPS tracking number. They just said they'd resend it.

They sent another fake tracking link from a different website. Same thing happened—it said delivered and I got nothing. I tried their customer service again and this time, no one replied. It's been two months since I paid $31.97 and I still don't have my order.
