Paid for a couch online and the company disappeared

I bought a boneless couch from them online on January 3rd. The money came out of my account on the 4th. I waited and didn't hear anything, so I emailed them on the 20th asking where my couch was. They emailed back saying they were having coding problems and it would take a few more days.

I emailed them again around the 25th and got no reply. I tried calling the phone number that was on the email, and it said the number was no longer in service. I'm out over $400 and have nothing to show for it.
