Ordered men's shirts and got tiny rags instead
I asked for a refund and they said oh we are so sorry but you have to pay the shipping to send it back to their Florida location. Then they came back and said oh I just spoke with my manager and they said keep the shirts and we will give you 10% of your purchase back. So basically they keep my $64.79.
My mistake was not looking at reviews first. I did after and saw what was going on. Anyway I probably wont get my money back but want others to know not to order from Velve Aura unless you need tiny shirts for a 3 year old or shop rags.
